Sora Labs ("we", "us") provides patient acquisition services for clinics. This page explains what information we collect when you interact with us, and how we use it.
When you fill in a form, book a call, or contact us (including forms on Facebook or Instagram), we collect the details you provide: typically your name, your clinic or business name, your role, your phone or WhatsApp number, and your email address.
Our website may also use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to show relevant ads on Meta platforms.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold strategy calls, send you information you have asked for, and improve our services and advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
We use trusted service providers to run our business, such as scheduling, messaging, customer relationship, and advertising platforms (for example Calendly, WhatsApp, and Meta). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
We keep your details only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing paul@soralabs.info.
